CBA West Midlands invite you to join us for a guided tour of St John Baptist Church, Church Ln, Berkswell, Coventry CV7 7BJ, on Saturday 9th December 2023.
Dr John Hunt will give a guided talk on the Anglo -Norman parish church, a Grade 1 Listed Building with a twelfth century crypt, one of the finest parish church crypts in the country.
The cost of the guided tour is just £10 and will include a tour of both the outside and inside of the church and the crypt. Tea, coffee and biscuits are also included.
Toilet facilities will be available.
Meet at the church at 10am until approximately 1pm. Numbers are limited in order to give everyone a positive, enjoyable and informative tour. Booking is essential.
There is a car park nearby at 10 Church Ln, Berkswell, Coventry CV7 7BJ, and also parking on the top car park of the Bear Inn which is just a 5 minute walk from the church. The Bear Inn is open on a Saturday; the kitchen in open from 11.30am to 9pm for food.

Please note: The staircase to the crypt is narrow and uneven with a low ceiling and may be unsuitable for some people. Please wear appropriate foot ware as the ground can be uneven outside the church.
